We constantly adapt the system's solutions to the changing legal environment. We are working on the development of the system without interruption. We regularly come up with more efficient, more comfortable and innovative solutions.

Helpdesk

InfoMátrix Ltd. provides fast and efficient troubleshooting for the systems it operates. Our customer service documents the report based on the incoming signals (phone, fax, e-mail or internal error ticket manager), offers an immediate solution based on a continuously expanding database, or forwards the problem to the competent specialist. If this indicates a hardware or communication error, it will be properly described and forwarded to the competent customer service of the participating company.

Our office has a communication server dedicated to the task. During working hours, our specialists can immediately start solving the problems that have arisen via the Internet, but we can also undertake on-site visits if necessary. We have 2 Internet service providers, 5 main lines, 12 mobile phones and 5 cars at our disposal to provide the above. In addition to all of this, we also provide our customers with ongoing consultation on administrative problems related to the system.
